Do I really need therapy?

People seek therapy for all kinds of reasons. It may be that you know what’s troubling you but somehow you’re finding yourself stuck. Maybe you’re confused and dissatisfied and unsure why or how to move forwards, or you simply need to talk through some things or work things out. Whoever you are and whatever your situation, if you wish to try it out then you are in the right place!  

How many sessions do I have?

This all depends. Ultimately the number of sessions is determined by what works for you. Therapy can be offered short or long term, depending on your needs.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. This is integral to my practice. Only under certain instances would I be obligated to share information with others. You will be fully informed about these at the beginning of therapy.

What are my payment options?

BACS payment is required 24 hours in advance of booking for each session. Payment for block bookings can also be taken.

What if I'm not sure?

No pressure! It may just not be right for you and this is OK.
